I finally took a nap today. Hubby and I took a nap an hour after he arrived from his office. He surprised me, he’s home 2 hours earlier than his usual off in the office. After eating our dinner we decided to take a nap.
I think I knew it now why my body is acting like this, I think I have an allergy. I’m always sneezing, has colds and headache. I did not believe that I had an allergy (my doctor told me that I have the symptoms) until it gotten a lil worse (whew, gahi og ulo). But I’m glad that I had a check up and medicine ( I had a check up last wednesday) and I have medicines.
I went for a check up two days ago because of my sinusitis and aside from my sinusitis, my doctor told me that I also have an allergy. Now I’m sneezing but I already took my meds, don’t worry

I just finished my gym session today. I wasn’t planning to go here yesterday but thanks to my husband’s persistence, I’m here today. Though we have a home gym equipment, the equipments here in the base is complete. They do have this huge gym facility. They have track room, cardio room, weights room and even a room for aerobics.
