Finally, PPP customer service replied to my inquiry today. I posted an entry regarding on a certain problem that I encountered from PPP yesterday (click here to read my previous article).
If only they’ve given me an excuse/reason that I can take, then it wouldn’t make me feel bitter at all. I saw it in my own naked eyes and I have friends that could attest on it too. There system has an error yesterday; the payout of a certain assignment was changed from $113.50 to $14.00.
The customer service replied to me today and said that there was no Opps with a payout that I was talking about. Of course it’ll change, it already changed after submitting the article yesterday. I know that none/no one is perfect, be it a machine or a human being..but I know and saw what happened. I only want to hear the truth on your side too and not any BS and no truth reply.
Oh well, it’s my first time to encounter this kind of problem but believe me..I’ve learned my lesson and hopefully there will be no next time for this. As for me, I’ll capture a screen shot before hitting the submit button from now on
Thanks for the reply anyway. And hey, friends…let this be a learning lesson for you. Ask Lira or Jackie, they know what happened

Fresh from yahoo news:
EBay Inc. is exploring whether to require customers to use its online payment service PayPal, a move that has angered users and prompted antitrust scrutiny in Australia, where a PayPal-only rule takes effect next month.
It’s unclear whether eBay will institute a similar policy in the United States and other countries. However, the online auction company often tries big changes in smaller markets before expanding them worldwide, and says it is open to that in this case.
“We are going to take learnings from it and apply them accordingly,” said eBay spokesman Usher Lieberman.
EBay says it wants to reduce disputes and restore trust in its marketplace with the PayPal-only plan. Because eBay and PayPal can share information on each transaction, eBay says use of PayPal allows it to stop fraud more efficiently than outside payment services. Pressing that safety argument in a heated discussion with Australian users, an eBay executive compared the new rule to banning the sale of heroin on street corners.
But critics lament that PayPal is costlier than other payment options, and they suspect eBay is just interested in increasing PayPal’s revenue. Australian banks say the plan will eliminate competition for the sake of exaggerated benefits.

Java platform to get modularity, OSGi support
Upcoming versions of the Java platform will be fitted with capabilities such as flexibility, OSGi support, and modularity, Sun Microsystems officials said Tuesday afternoon at the JavaOne conference in San Francisco.
Roadmaps were detailed for Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE) 6 and Java Platform, Standard Edition (Java SE) 7. Java SE serves as a base Java platform, with the Enterprise version adding enterprise-level capabilities.
With Java EE 6, Sun seeks to increase flexibility in implementing the platform. “For EE 6, the theme is what I like to call rightsizing, which essentially means making the platform the right size for you,” said Roberto Chinnici, Java EE platform lead at Sun. source

Upgrading a computer system is a nice choice rather than buying a new one. That is in regards with our economy right now. If you want you can buy a memory to increase the speed and the storage of your computer. This way no matter how big your stored file, your storage can accommodate it.
Or else you can also buy an external hard drive and transfer your files from your internal HD to the external one, to free up some space.

I used both this two online classified ads abd one thing that differentiate them is that you can post an ads on craigslist with a ZERO fee while in ebay, you always needs to pay for your ads. Look at em now..they’re fighting….
The legal wrangle between Craigslist and eBay Inc. is about the competition in the online classifieds market, eBay’s complaint in the case reveals.
Craigslist considers eBay’s new site Kijiji a competitive activity that nullifies some shareholder rights eBay won when it bought a 28 percent stake in Craigslist in 2004, according to the complaint, which eBay made public on Wednesday.
But eBay contends Craigslist went too far in interpreting what rights eBay should lose. And it’s suing Craigslist for allegedly diluting its stake unfairly. “The original agreement between the two parties always envisioned that there could be competitive activity,” said eBay spokeswoman Kim Rubey.
Craigslist said Wednesday in a blog posting on its site that eBay is intent on dominating the classifieds business. EBay purchased its stake in privately held Craigslist from an unnamed former executive who solicited buyers.
EBay’s lust for acquiring the rest of Craigslist is blatant throughout the complaint. EBay says industry analysts believe the online classifieds site is worth several billion dollars, and in July, former eBay CEO Meg Whitman told Craigslist she’d “welcome the opportunity to acquire the remainder of (it).”
