Tonight is NFL’s 2010 Kick-off game, Saints vs Vikings

Oh My God!! It’s the NFL 2010 kick-off today (tonight in the mainland), Saints vs Vikings. It’s going to be a bloody night for the vikings LOL as they have an unfinished revenge redemption business from last year’s NFC championship.

Whew, I can’t imagine the atmosphere in New Orleans right now.

I’ve been to a couple of stadium games and both were electrifying, it’s not even a rival game, how much more of this game tonight?

So right now, I’ll clean the house early and cook our dinner earlier so it’ll be ok to be glued on TV while the game is on LOL.

BTW, who’s your team? I’ll go for the vikings..lol. Just because :-D

It’s NCAAF kick off week!! And if you are a big football junkie like me, I bet you money you are glued in your tv right now :) .

We started our college football season with watching my team USC playing against Hawaii last thursday. I had a blast, it was awesome..although USC’s defense performance was terrible not that good. I know, they are penalized for two years, they can’t go to any bowl but hey it doesn’t mean that they’ll give thier fans a crappy game right?

They won last thursday but it was very unsatisfactory. I remember a year ago and some few years back, they always dominate the field, you will always have a hard time penetrating the defense but last Thursday, it’s as if I was watching a different team.

It might be because most of the good players were drafted and are on NFL right now or maybe a new coach or I don’t know but I’m hoping that they’ll do better on the next game.

By the way, thanks hubby for our date that day. It was awesome, it was great, I could never ask for a better gift. Now 2 more wishes that I would really want us to do, to watch an NFL game on stadium and an NBA game in court :-) .

Oh yeah I am a big sports junkie LOL :-P , but never blame it on me, my husband will take all the blame. He got me into this, this is the result of him not letting me go with his former officemates wives (some 3 years ago) while they’re having a football party in our house; instead he’ll let me sit down and mingle with his friends..kinda like I’m one of the boys LOL.

So I don’t shop when there’s football game but he does shop for me, the jerseys of my favorite players :-D

If you do not believe me, a simple search in the internet can prove me right :-) . Skateboarding

I do have a stepson who loves to skate. He spends most of his free time skateboarding and he’s quite good at it. So I’ve learned that there are tricks that skaters perform on skateboard ramps (of course) and he always shows it to me and his dad whenever the time permits.

I’ve always been proud of him and are 100% supportive of his passion and by the way, his name is Stephen :)

Cleveland WON the game tonight!! I can’t beleive my own eyes. They were down by 1 point on the last 1.06 second in the 4th quarter, and Lebron James fired a 3 point shot and he made the basket.

HE IS AWESOME.

Yep, I am an avid fan of Cleveland Cavalier and Boston Celtics but hence Celtics did not make it; ‘m all eyes for the Cavaliers right now.

I’m really hoping that they’ll win the series..even if they’re having a lil hard time; I have faith in Lebron :-D

Patriots deal Cassel to Chiefs

The New England Patriots on Saturday traded quarterback Matt Cassel to the Kansas City Chiefs.

It was the second trade in as many days between the clubs, which turned into a package deal of Cassel and linebacker Mike Vrabel for Kansas City’s second-round pick (No. 34) this year.

New Chiefs general manager Scott Pioli, the former Patriots’ personnel director, engineered the deals with New England in an attempt to turn around a downtrodden team that finished a franchise-worst 2-14 last season.

This saddens me a lot. Cassel was traded to the Kansas Chiefs last Saturday. Whew, I always want to watch him play wearing an NE jersey but well, I think Tom Brady is already well and is ready to come back next season. This is going to be a good start for Cassel too, he might be the starting QB for the Chiefs.

I can see him succeed one day. He didn’t did bad at all when he took over last season for Brady. In fact, it was even an outstanding for a back up QB to win 11 out of 16 games. Good luck MC and hey, I think I’m gonna be cheering Kansas Chiefs soon :D ..

I’m back –again :P . Yeah, I haven’t been posting any regular entries on this blog. I was kind of busy looking for the ‘real’ job and hopefully I could find one soon. By the way, did you watch the NCAA BCS bowl? OMG! Tebow was kicking some bu++ on that game :D .

Bradford who’s very calm, collected and almost perfect in throwing the ball was not that effective against Tebow defensive team. Whew! It was an awesome game.

Hey I don’t need to tell you that my USC destroyed Penn State during the Rose Bowl right? :D . They played last January 1st and of course my USC bagged the trophy.

This weekend, Carlo and I are watching AFC and NFC’s semi-finals. The Ravens have already won yesterday as well as the Cardinals and today, the first semi-final game is the Eagles vs the Giants then followed by Chargers vs Steelers.

I’m on Eagles and Chargers :D but we’ll see who’ll win the game ;)
