Few years ago, call center agent was one of the hottest job especially in Asia. Call centers were sprouting everywhere, in India, Philippines, Singapore and other countries. Filipinos were inclined to apply for one since the salary pay is 2 or 3 times higher than the average salary in the Philippines.
I’m pretty sure it is still one of the in demand jobs right now. I even work as a part time call center agent last year. It was not my cup of tea but the experience was worth it
