I recently received a dental mouth guard, thanks to dentek.com. I have heard that this product is good for those individuals that experiences teeth grinding, clicking of the jaw or other forms of jaw pain.

This is perfect for me since my husband told me that I sometimes grind my teeth when I am sleeping. I also have some jaw pains, I’m not sure if you’ve tried experiencing it but one time, I accidentally locked my jaw. The pain was excruciating and I went to a doctor for it.

I really hope that this dental guard can help me. I’ll let you know if it works after I tested it *wink*.
