Yes there is an online dog game in the internet right now where the user will play as a breeder and will grow and manage the pup until it became adult and can join a dog show contest.
This game is brought to us by showdog.com and they do have 180 different breeds to choose from.
This is very educational for me, we do have a pet in the house and who knows we will venture in breeding in the next coming years and this game can serve as a good practice.
