Dabawenya Babe goes to Hawaii

They’re currently filming Transformer II in Alamo

I haven’t told you about this, but did you know that the famous “Transformer” movie was filmed here in our local town? I’m not kidding, it’s true, in fact they are filming the part II of the movie recently.

The base was kinda busy because of this and I’m happy to know this because I’m really hoping for this town to get a good break (exposure and fundings) so there will be funds to use for improvements.

This town has a potential, it’s only a matter of getting a good source of funding so they (local gov) can propose improvement. Anyway, they were filming in our White Sands.

They set up the place where it would look like a middle eastern country. Last Monday, they held a family event for the military families showing the cast, crew and props used in the making of the movie (including several vehicles and the life size mockup -15 feet tall “Bumblebee”).
