I think so. How could they say that there was no 113.50 job opp yesterday where I also reserved one but they messed it up. They are very inconsistent. The answer to the ticket I submitted yesterday was that, my rank had changed which is still unacceptable as we are given 6 hours to complete the opp. They should also included to their reply that there was no 113.50 job opp yesterday as I mentioned it as well on the ticket. This is really sad as we trusted PPP and we are doing our jobs well. PPP is like making Gladys a liar? I think so.
