Finally, PPP customer service replied to my inquiry today. I posted an entry regarding on a certain problem that I encountered from PPP yesterday (click here to read my previous article).
If only they’ve given me an excuse/reason that I can take, then it wouldn’t make me feel bitter at all. I saw it in my own naked eyes and I have friends that could attest on it too. There system has an error yesterday; the payout of a certain assignment was changed from $113.50 to $14.00.
The customer service replied to me today and said that there was no Opps with a payout that I was talking about. Of course it’ll change, it already changed after submitting the article yesterday. I know that none/no one is perfect, be it a machine or a human being..but I know and saw what happened. I only want to hear the truth on your side too and not any BS and no truth reply.
Oh well, it’s my first time to encounter this kind of problem but believe me..I’ve learned my lesson and hopefully there will be no next time for this. As for me, I’ll capture a screen shot before hitting the submit button from now on

i can testify to this. Even Lira got the reservation of 113 opp just like Gladys. But guess what? PPP didnt accept Lira’s post. You can ask Lira about this hehehe. All i can say that was sucks!!
PPP is like making Gladys a liar? I think so. How could they say that there was no 113.50 job opp yesterday where I also reserved one but they messed it up. They are very inconsistent. The answer to the ticket I submitted yesterday was that, my rank had changed which is still unacceptable as we are given 6 hours to complete the opp. They should also included to their reply that there was no 113.50 job opp yesterday as I mentioned it as well on the ticket.
This is really sad as we trusted PPP and we are doing our jobs well.
If I ever see such big offer, I’d screen shot too before reserving.
