My (PTC) pay to click saga

Posted on | January 24, 2008 |

I’m not much of a PTC (pay to click) fan but from day to day, I earned from the websites that I joined. When I totaled the amounts I earned from all the PTC websites that I joined, the sum is $200+, and I can’t believe it. I don’t do surveys, not my type to do especially that it takes time plus I can feel that I somehow divulge some personal information.

The PTC website’s that I joined are those websites that I’ll earn through clicking/ visiting the websites they featured and through referral. I’d say, I earned from 50 cents up to $5 a day from the PTC sites and it’s not bad at all since I’m just sitting here and doing my regular ad posting (another type of income).

One thing that I truly value and learned from my former boss is ‘to play around the internet and play with some money if you can see an opportunity’. Play around the internet means being resourceful and the other one means spend a penny and earn dollars later. He told me about this when he was coaching me about ebay (you bet I have the best mentor). And so here comes the PTC site.

I spent 2 days of reading reviews and past experiences of PTC members before I joined the PTC sites. Well, firstly, I’ve heard rumors that they don’t really pay and secondly, it was ridiculous to think that they’ll pay you just for visiting some websites. Hello?!! I do it for FREE, I do my blog hopping, website surfing without me earning any cents.

So I really though that the idea and the reasons were ridiculous. But then after reading the experiences and reviews from past and present PTC members, it prove me wrong. These PTC websites (but not all, because there are PTC sites that are also scam websites) are really paying the members for just visiting their featured sites. can you imagine, one PTC site member earned a whopping $3k+ a month and he’s only doing the invites and downline. My gosh!?!

That’s a real good earnings huh?! Especially if we’ll convert it to peso :)
