WOW..until now i’m still in cloud 9. For all those sleepless nights of arranging and filling the documents, it pays a lot.
Thanks again to all the people who supported me all the way, kabalo ko nga nalipay gyud mo sa akoa. And to all those who are currently applying or going through the process (K1/K2 visa), don’t get nervous, just get your documents ready, have faith in yourself and you will surely pass the interview and will get your visa.
Thanks again for the support and if you have question regarding the processing, fire it away, i am willing to help.

I wrote you once before to get the site to check on case status, thank you for it. I am still waiting for my status to be posted. My fiancee is also in Davao and I was wondering if you could tell me the hotel you stayed at in Manila as it sounds convient to SLMC. Again good luck and we wish you well. By the way I am in Arizona so not that far from you when you get to the US.

@ Steve – Hi again Steve. Yeah sure, it’s really convenient with SLEC (Saint Lukes Extension Clinic) and also the hotel is just 3 blocks away going to US Embassy. I spent 5 minutes walk from the hotel going to SLEC and 10 minutes walk going to US Embassy.
Here’s the hotel’s address:
San Carlos Mansion
777 San Carlos Street, Ermita Manila
Phone number: 02 – 523 8110
The hotel is clean although it’s not classy. The best thing about the hotel is its comfy for the visa applicants, SLEC and USE are all walking distance. Also, the price range are cheap. The single room is only P850. I personally chose San Carlos over other hotels because of some friends recommendation too and it did not failed me.
If your fiancee has some questions about the direction going to the clinic or to the USE (when she gets her interview/medical sched), just let me know and I’ll help. What I did when I get there (Since I was 2 days advance prior to my medical schedule), I roam around the vicinity..but of course I asked direction from the hotel’s staff (they are friendly). So on my medical day ( I was with 2 other girls who has the same medical/interview schedule with mine), it was so comfy already.
If you have more questions Steve, just post it here and i’ll do my best to help.
Gladys

Very informative site. Successful structure..
Hi Glad, it was so nice to know that you were there already. kami kay waiting pa mi sa NOA2 mag three months na karon. We’ve just got our NOA1 last June 5, 2008.
God bless u gurl!
Hey Gladys, congratulations for successfully acquiring that visa.
I too am scheduled for an interview this coming may 21st. I got married to an american citizen but here in the philippines.
Just done with my medical exam at SLMC last May 8th.
There’s one thing that bothers me though, bcoz the clerks at SLMC didnt give me back my Philippine Visa when my Med. Exam got released. Would that be a problem for me? Or they’ll be the one to forward it to the US embassy? Thanks in advance and congratulations once again.
