They call it ’scary’, I call it ‘peaceful and beautiful’

Have you heard of the place called ‘South Cotabato’ located at the southern most part of Mindanao, they labeled the place as ’scary’ and part of ‘war zone’?
I wanna show you something. Something beautiful, something that Visayas and Luzon didn’t know. I’ll start it with this..

Yeah it’s flowers, do you know where that is?

What about this? Aint that soothing in the eyes?

Hmmm, a nice tracking field for a morning walk or a venue for a football game? Yeah, this will do.

Hmmm, busy street..

Or you prefer it here? Cool breeze and great view…
Here’s some bonus..

A peaceful overlooking view of Mount Matutum
and..

at the end of the busy day..the beautiful sunset
Do you still call it ’scary’? I may not say a thousand word but I know, these pictures says it all :-).

i guess we cannot blame anyone if the place was known as such. it’s pointless and we should not generalize things as that *look at Iraq*, but, i guess, just like what you did, we should look on the brighter side.
