It was nine in the evening, and sitting in one of the cottages of Cinco Masao Beach Resort, with the tranquility of the sea breeze, and the coldness of the wind was an exceptionally awesome experience. Such experience compensated the 15-20 minutes and 14 kilometers travel from the center of Mati, passing through typical barrio houses and coconut trees.

The travel was even more magnificent, witnessing the mighty sun settting, and the clouds slowly and eventually covering its might. Endowed with the grandeur and majesty of nature , Cinco Masao remains mysterious, and deserves a very good unraveling of its humble pre-beginnings, a glimpse of the present, and a vision of tomorrow.
